Common topics
- Sign-in issues: Confirm you are using the same email or phone you registered with. If you use Google sign-in, try that method again from the welcome screen.
- Invite links: Open invite links on a device with LoanMe installed. Links look like
https://invite.my-loans.app/…or open directly in the app when configured. - Loan confirmation: Both lender and borrower may need to review and confirm terms before a loan becomes active.
- Delete my data: Email us from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". See our Privacy Policy for details.
